Both. HTS serves as a full IT department for organizations without internal IT, and as a supplemental bench for teams that need 24/7 coverage, specialized expertise (security, cloud, networking), or extra hands during projects. The engagement model is customized per client.

What is your response time?

Accepted Answer

P1 incidents (business down) are answered live within 15 minutes and worked until resolution. P2/P3 are answered within 1 business hour. HTS publishes SLAs in every Master Services Agreement and reports against them monthly.

Do you support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and hybrid environments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. HTS supports Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID), Google Workspace, and hybrid Active Directory. Cloud-to-cloud migrations, tenant-to-tenant moves, and on-prem Exchange/AD coexistence are all in scope.

Is cybersecurity included, or is that a separate engagement?

Cybersecurity is integrated. Every managed-IT engagement includes endpoint protection (EDR), patch management, email security, and 24/7 SOC monitoring. Add-on services include managed detection and response (MDR), vulnerability management, and vCISO.

Where is your support desk located?

Accepted Answer

HTS's 24/7 helpdesk is staffed in the United States, with senior engineers in our West Chester, PA office. The NOC and SOC run from the same location, with geographic redundancy in cloud.
